Robin has over 20 years of experience in conservation, biodiversity science and nature technology. He drives Okala's vision to be a global leader in nature data collection and analytics. He is an Honorary Lecturer in Ecology at the University of Stirling, UK.

With a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research, Germany, David has over 15 years of experience delivering biodiversity and species monitoring projects across Africa. He is a Senior Lecturer in Ecology (Honorary) at the University of Stirling and member of the IUCN Pangolin Species Specialist Group. David supports Okala's clients across Africa and Asia with biodiversity impact monitoring and reporting.

Jeremy has a PhD in Zoology from the University of Oxford. With over 15 years experience as a quantitative ecologist delivering large-scale field projects in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America, Jeremy oversees the design and implementation of biodiversity projects for Okala's customers in the mining, forestry, agriculture and conservation sectors.

With over 20 years of experience in geospatial technology and services, Carol is passionate about the power of data and technology for nature intelligence. Prior to joining Okala, Carol was COO of Space Intelligence, where she gained extensive experience building and scaling a nature tech start-up from an early stage through to post-Series A. Carol joins Okala as Strategic Growth Advisor to support the Company's scaling for greater impact.

Amrita holds a PhD in Development Studies from SOAS University of London, with over 15 years’ experience in sustainability. As ESG lead, she drives Okala’s natural capital initiatives, partnerships, and funding. Amrita has led projects across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Europe, worked for the World Bank and UNDP, lectured at SOAS, and is a member of the UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab and the Earth System Governance Project.

Rahul has a PhD in Social-Ecological Systems Resilience from the Anglia Ruskin University. With over 18 years of experience as an ecologist, Rahul is a full member of CIEEM, and a member of IUCN Commission on Ecosystem Management. He has delivered biodiversity projects across India and the UK. At Okala Rahul supports its clients in developing and implementing projects in infrastructure development, mining, forestry and conservation sectors.
